Digital Font!

No one’s a bigger fan of hand lettering than me, but lately my own lettering has left me wanting. It’s not quite consistent enough for my standards, and frankly, industry standards.  Also, let’s get real: it takes forever to lay down all those Ames lines and then letter everything by hand, and I just don’t have that kind of time. Digital lettering is neater, faster, and makes editing immensely easier. But I don’t like the way digital fonts sometimes don’t quite match artwork, so I had a font made from my own hand lettering:

I’m really happy with how it turned out! This was done by Graham at fontgod.com. He also did my buddy Ellis’ font, and that one came out pretty nice as well. Recommended.
